• (For Korean) Please note that your monthly credit card statement will indicate the payment you made to Duzon.
• (For Foreigner) Please note that the billing descriptor will be listed as EXIMBAY.COM
• (For Foreigner) This payment method is provided by Eximbay and is billed as www.eximbay.com

2. 온라인 수기카드 결제 (연구비카드 또는 법인카드 결제) * Domestic Institutions Only (국내 소속 기관만 가능)

3. By Bank Transfer

• Once you complete the registration form, you can check KISM 2025 account information. (등록 시스템 내에서 등록폼 작성을 완료하면, 입금해야 할 계좌정보를 확인할 수 있습니다.)
• The sender’s name MUST BE Registration number(4-digits) or Registrant’s name.
• After remittance, please be sure to send an email to the secretariat (registration@kism2025.kr) along with the deposit receipt (date, remitter's name, amount) and your 4-digit registration number.
• All bank remittance charges are to be paid by the registrant.
• We are not responsible for the inability to verify registrant information due to mismatch in the sender name format. Please be sure to read the remittance name form provided before sending the money.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Please notify KISM 2025 BUSAN secretariat in writing to registration@kism2025.kr to request a refund and cancel your registration.
• All bank service charges are to be paid by the registrant.
• Refunds will be made after the conference and the registration fees are refundable as specified below.

Invitation Letter for VISA

An official invitation letter will be issued by the KISM 2025 BUSAN Secretariat upon request via email to registration@kism2025.kr.
This official invitation is intended to facilitate travel and visa arrangements for registered participants.
Visa applications are the sole responsibility of participants.

You can request an invitation letter during the registration process using the below template, and invitations can only be issued to participants who have completed the registration process. The Secretariat will send you an invitation after confirmation.

For Chinese participants, if you need a Korean Invitation Letter, please download the Korean Invitation Form and fill out your information in the highlighted fields, and send the form in Word format to the Secretariat at registration@kism2025.kr.

※ Once a visa letter has been issued following registration, the registration fee is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.
